Tips for Scrambled Eggs

To really make scrambled eggs or omelets rich add a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream, cream cheese, or heavy cream in and then beat them up.

Julie Notes: To make them fluffier use milk instead and beat them to a froth.

Also I discovered you can make you eggs taste more like sausage, by adding Italian seasoning.

Other spices and flavorings that I have personally come up with are:

Cinnamon and a dab of orange juice concentrate. (This is good with paired with cinnamon toast and orange juice or orange sweet rolls.)

Or you can use steak seasoning or lemon pepper.

And of course there's always garlic powder.

Also dried minced onions or onion powder with the rich sour cream is really flavorful.

Anyone else have some favorite egg-samples of things you can try? Tee hee . . . :}
